1.Please be advised that I am away from TUESDAY 28th FEBRUARY 2012 until WEDNESDAY 7th MARCH and I will not be answering any phone calls. Please contact Adrian Nicholls 07817 755240 with the results on Saturday 3rd March as per rule or if any postponements. Adrian will then update website.
If any Club / Official has any queries or while I am away please contact the Chairman Geoff Phillips.
I will update the website particularly in relation to the Cup competitions on Saturday 25th February with the next stage of the competitions.

UNREGISTERED PLAYERS
It has been unofficially been brought to our attention that some Clubs are using players who are NOT registered to their team. If Clubs wish to make an official complaint it must be done through the correct channels with names being supplied and with proof.
However when fixtures resume, it is the intention of the Executive Committee to carry out RANDOM Licence checks throughout the Leagues when Clubs must provide the players' licences on the day of the match to correspond with the names on Team Sheets.
Any discrepancy found. the Club will be dealt with as per Rule. Therefore will Club Secretaries please ensure ALL licences are available on the day.

Information from Gwent County FA
1.A player suspended while playing Sunday League football for 'on field' offences will NOW no longer be suspended from this League and he must serve his suspension with the Sunday team.
A player suspended while playing on a 'Saturday' will be suspended from all football until the 'senior' club (Saturday) has played the required number of matches relevant to the period of suspension.
Any person, player or club official suspended by a Disciplinary Committee of Gwent County will be suspended from ALL football for the length of the suspension.
2.Following a complaint received by the FAW re Player Registration / Transfer we have been notified that application for Registration /Transfer must be received by 5.00pm on the Thursday prior to a Saturday match to allow the League Secretary to process the applications by 5.00pm on Friday. Any player not on the database by 5.00pm on a Friday WILL NOT be permitted to play that weekend.
This will be confirmed in writing to all Clubs as soon as possible.
