CLUB WITHDRAWAL

Following the withdrawal of Cwm FC from Gwent County, please be advised the players registered with that Club will not be permitted to either register with or transfer to another Club until further notice.

The Cup Finals for this season are scheduled for Friday 11th & 18th May to be played at Aberbargoed Buds. 

Fixtures Saturday 23rd December 2017 

Although this date has been designated a 'free' day, if any Clubs wish to arrange to play one of the many postponed matches (obviously in agreement with the opponents) please let me know so I can arrange a Referee.

REFEREE ALLOCATION AND EXPENSES

Clubs are reminded of payment to allocated Referees should be made promptly after the match and will consist of MATCH FEE £20.00 plus relevant travel expenses of 35 p per mile 

Clubs are reminded of Rule 15 (Home Club to notify visiting team and Referee. Referees will be asked to report Clubs who fail to comply with this Rule (Friday is NOT ACCEPTABLE). Clubs will be fined as per Rule and the allocated Referee may be moved to an alternative match without any notice to the Club.

Future fixture lists will  give priority to allocation of Referees to cover Premier Division matches and obviously Cup matches. If your allocated Referee is unavailable for any reason (eg moved to a higher level) please do not request a replacement as there is a shortage of Referees throughout the area and Referees will not be moved from their original match unless to cover a Cup fixture if possible or to cover a Premier Division. Wherever possible (unlikely) a replacement Referee will be allocated and the home Club Secretary will be notified. 

RULES REVISION

A reminder to all Clubs if you require consideration for any Rule Change these must be submitted to the League Secretary (in writing)  as per Rule 25 (Alteration of Rules) before 30th January 2018 .
